CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD?
Yes you can buy a digital gift card via our web shop here. Alternatively, you can pop into any Rudy’s to buy a gift card for friends or family.
Please note these gift vouchers cannot be redeemed on the Rudys Bake at Home Shop, and can only be redeemed for dine-in or collection at the Pizzerias.
DO YOU DO GLUTEN FREE?
Unfortunately not. We try to be as true to Naples pizza as we can and gluten plays too big a role in the characteristics of this style. For those with milder intolerances however, its important to point out that our dough is slow rise, making it much easier to digest. It’s the fast rise bread (most common day to day) that gives you that heavy bloated feeling.
IS YOUR DOUGH VEGAN?
Yes. Flour, water, salt and yeast only.
DO YOU HAVE VEGAN AND VEGETARIAN OPTIONS?
Yes. The Marinara is a vegan classic, and you are welcome to add additional veg. Please see our menu for options.
DO YOU HAVE PASTEURISED CHEESE?
Yes. Our fior de latte and Bufala mozzarella are both pasteurised, you just need to let your server know on arrival.
DO YOU HAVE HIGHCHAIRS?

CAN I FREEZE MY PIZZA’S?
You can freeze your pizza’s and store up to three months. Be sure to fully defrost before cooking.
I’VE PLACED MY ORDER ONLINE AND NEED TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY DATE?
Once an order has been placed it cannot be amended, please get in touch so we can cancel your order so you can place a new one.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
4 pizzas.
WHAT TIME WILL MY DELIVERY ARRIVE?
DPD aim to deliver between 9am – 5pm, though this can vary depending on the driver in your area. You can find up to date tracking via the email you receive from DPD which will arrive on the day of your scheduled delivery.
